Cancellation Policy

While we offer one of the most flexible return policies among global sex doll retailers, it is important to note that once an order is placed (including deposit or full payment), it is considered final.

We begin processing orders within 8 hours of payment — either the factory starts producing your custom doll, or our team begins preparing your in-stock doll for shipment. This process involves material procurement, scheduling, and other costs. Failure to adhere strictly to timelines may result in delivery delays. Please carefully review your order before submitting.

Our current refund/exchange/cancellation policy is summarized below (restocking fees are calculated based on total order value):

  • Cancellation within 10 hours of order – 15% non-refundable restocking fee

  • Cancellation after 10 hours but before shipment (during production) – 30% non-refundable restocking fee

Why restocking fees are charged:
Processing an order incurs costs: customer service representatives handle communications with buyers and manufacturers. Cancelled orders, whether custom or in-stock, involve material, packaging, and labor costs. Inspection, repackaging, and restocking time are also significant.

Order Confirmation:
Please confirm the product you want before placing your order. Once payment is made, you are obligated to complete the purchase. Refer to official product images before ordering. For any questions, please contact us.

Order Modifications:
Orders can be freely modified or added to before processing begins. Once processing starts, no changes or cancellations are allowed, and all requests are subject to our return/exchange policy.


Return Policy

Damage & Warranty

Refunds are only available in the case of receiving the wrong doll.

Wrong Item Shipped:
If the doll received does not match the product images on our website or the factory photos, provide an unboxing video showing the doll’s full body, head, shipping label, and packaging. We will report and verify the issue with the factory and logistics provider and arrange a replacement.

Damaged Doll:

  • Severely Damaged: File a claim immediately with the shipping carrier. We will arrange a replacement based on the damage severity.

  • Minor Damage: We will provide necessary repair kits to help you fix the doll yourself.

Upon receipt, inspect the doll carefully from head to toe to ensure it is brand new and unused. Any complaints must be submitted within 24 hours to seylixdoll@gmail.com, including detailed photos or videos.

Note: Damage caused by misuse is not covered. Handle dolls carefully to prevent damage.


Exclusions from Warranty

  • User Damage: All dolls are quality-checked prior to shipping. Any damage caused by improper use is not covered.

  • Second-hand Dolls: Used dolls are not eligible for warranty.

  • Skin Color Variations: Minor differences between screen display and actual product are normal.

  • Fingernails & Toenails: Nails may loosen during shipping; use supplied adhesive to reattach if necessary.

  • Eyelashes: Protective sponge covers are applied to prevent damage; lashes can be reapplied with supplied adhesive.

  • Makeup Differences: Makeup may vary slightly from photos; dolls can be customized or reapplied by the buyer.


Important Notes

Do not contact your payment provider or return the package directly.
For cancellations or returns, always contact us first via email. Returns are not accepted for either custom or in-stock dolls without prior approval. Ensure the doll is brand new, unused, and unwashed before returning.


Refunds

Once a cancellation or refund is approved (case-by-case), the refund will be issued to the original payment method or an account you specify.
